Warranty, returns and your rights
Repair warranty
One year warranty for all refurbished devices. Keep your receipt. Faults caused by new damage, liquid damage or misuse are not covered.
Returns and faulty goods
If a device you bought from us is faulty, bring it back with your receipt and we will work out the right fix, replacement or refund with you. Your rights under New Zealand law always apply.
Repair terms
We look at your device first, then give you a quote. No repair starts until you agree to the price. Back up your data where you can, as some repairs can affect stored information. Devices left uncollected for a long time may be disposed of after we have tried to contact you.
New Zealand consumer rights
The Consumer Guarantees Act and the Fair Trading Act protect you when you buy goods and services in New Zealand. Learn more at consumerprotection.govt.nz.

We collect only the details you give us, such as your name, phone and email, to answer your enquiry, carry out repairs and, if you agree, send you updates. We do not sell your details.
